Please complete our new guest form upon booking. This helps us ensure you’re reserving the right service for your unique hair goals. Once submitted, your booking request will be reviewed and approved before it’s added to the schedule.

Consultation Option: 

Not sure where to start? Book a consultation! We offer both in-person and virtual consultations to discuss your hair goals and create a tailored plan. The consultation fee will be applied to any service booked during your session.

Cancellation Policy

We allow worry-free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours & 

No-Shows: 

A fee of 50% of the service value applies. This fee can be applied toward one rescheduled appointment per original booking.

Running Late?
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time at our discretion.
